Purpose of data processing
Under Article 13 of Legislative Decree 196/2003 (and subsequent amendments), personal data will be used to register the user, activate the service requested and to give information on the activities and services provided by Fondazione Enaip Lombardia; all data will be processed by Enaip Lombardia itself in compliance with applicable law.

The data controller
Pursuant to Article 29 of Legislative Decree n. 196/2003, the data controller and processor is Fondazione Enaip Lombardia, with registered office in Via Luini no. 5, 20121 Milan.
Fondazione Enaip Lombardia guarantees that personal data will be treated confidentially and will not be shared with or sold to third parties.

Rights of interested parties

Interested parties may at any time exercise the rights under Article 7 of Legislative Decree n. 196/2003 (and subsequent amendments), i.e.: obtaining confirmation of the existence of personal data concerning them, the communication of such data and information about the origin, purpose and methods of treatment, the logic applied in case of treatment with the help of electronic means, the essential information identifying the data controller and data processor, as appointed pursuant to art. 5 of Legislative Decree 196/2003, of the persons or classes of persons to whom the data may be communicated or who may become aware of it as data controllers, processors or as designated representatives in the State territory.
Interested parties are also entitled to: obtain the updating, amendment, integration, cancellation, anonymous transformation or blocking of unlawfully processed data, including data that need not be kept for the purposes for which they were collected or subsequently processed; obtain certification that the above transactions have been made known, also regarding their content, to those to whom the data were communicated or disseminated, unless this proves impossible or manifestly disproportioned to the protected right.
Users have the right to object, entirely or in part:
for legitimate reasons, to the processing of their personal data, albeit pertinent for collection purposes;
to the processing of personal data concerning them, for the purpose of sending advertising materials or direct sales or for carrying out market research or commercial communication.
